There’s a screening cutoff score shown on each authentication detail page that you need to meet to proceed to the interview stage.
Step 5: AI Interview
Clearing the screening unlocks the AI Interview. This is a natural, conversation-based assessment available 24/7, so you aren’t locked into a fixed slot. The AI conducts a behavioral analysis through the conversation, delivering real insights into your capabilities rather than putting you through generic tasks or timed tests.

Once you pass both stages, you receive your authentication outcomes:

Smart Ranking. A ranking generated from your authentication performance.
